by A private California investor sold the Park Lee Shopping Center at 1635 W. Camelback Rd. in Phoenix for $10 million to Arizona-based Camelback Vector LLC on March 26.

Camelback Vector was represented by Jane Poucel of
Colliers International.
The 76,326 sq. foot retail center was built on 5.8 acres in 1985 and is located near a future light rail station on the busy Camelback corridor.
Tenants include the anchor, Fry's grocery store, as well as Payless Shoe Source, Rent-A-Center and Little Caesar's pizza.
Sperry Van Ness is a commercial real estate brokerage firm with nearly 900 advisors in 150 cities.
