Colliers Seattle promotes managing director

Colliers International Puget Sound Real Estate Management Services (REMS) Group promoted Brian Lennon to managing director.

Based in Seattle, Lennon will oversee offices in Bellevue, Mukilteo and Tacoma, Wash. His role will include business development and client relationship management.

He brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience in the U.S. and Europe. In the past he has worked with Hines, Kennedy Associates and Equity Office.

As a real estate manager with Hines, Lennon and his team won an International BOMA Building of the Year Award for excellence in management.
