Santa Ana apartments bring $74.3 million

Villas at Tustin

Chicago, Ill.-based Waterloo Associates has purchased the Villas at Tustin Apartments in Santa Ana, Calif., for $74.3 million from San Mateo-based Acacia Capital Corporation.

Joe Leon, David Casper and Bruce Furniss of Hendricks & Partners represented both Waterloo and Acacia in the transaction.

Located at 2414 N. Tustin Ave., the apartment complex contains 406 units and was built in 1971. It features studio, one and two-bedroom units. Waterloo plans to further upgrade the interior and exterior of the apartments.
