Queens industrial property brings $10.75M


Hazen Street
Safe Art Storage & Transport has purchased a two-story industrial building in the Jackson Heights section of Queens, N.Y., for $10.75 million.

Franklin Zuckerbrot and Joseph Meyerson of Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty, LLC represented Safe Art Storage in the deal while Robert Klein of Kalmon Dolgin represented the seller.

The building contains 80,000 square feet and is located at 19-48 Hazen St. Safe Art Storage will take immediate occupancy of the property.

Zuckerbrot joined S&Z in 1993 and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. He earned his degree in Finance from Emory University.

Meyerson began his career in real estate in 1988 and is a former associate broker with Cushman & Wakefield and Sutton & Edwards Inc. He received his degree in Business Administration and Marketing from American University in Washington, D.C.
