Hendricks & Partners orchestrates sale of Plano multi-family

Lodgetree Apartments

Mission Park Green, DST has purchased the 480-unit Lodgetree Apartments in Plano, Texas from Frisco-based Hall Texas Associates, Ltd.

Tom Burns, Jay Gunn and Tom Warren of Hendricks & Partners' Dallas office represented the seller in the transaction.

The apartment complex is located at 3400 West Park Blvd. and sits on 27.7 acres. Built in 1981, it consists of 57 one and two-story buildings. Mission Park plans to reposition the units in order to increase revenue and compete in the West Plano market.
