1/3/2008Hendricks & Partners arranges sale of senior housing facility in Seattle

The Seattle office of Hendricks & Partners negotiated the sale of the Queen Anne Manor, a 116-unit assisted living community in Seattle, for $17.2 million, or $148,275 per unit. Josh Blake, a senior advisor with Hendricks & Partners, worked on the deal. The seller, Alpha Care, LLC, had owned and operated the property since 1980. The buyer, Queene Anne Manor, LLC, has plans to upgrade and renovate the property and continue to manage the building as an assisted living facility. The four-story brick and stucco building was built just after the turn of the century. It sits atop Queen Anne Hill at 120 Crockett Street in Seattle. Address: 120 Crockett St., Seattle, Wash.
