Hendricks & Partners finalizes $20M apartment building sale

Village Green Apartments

St. Louis, Mo.-based Mills Village Green, LLC has purchased the Village Green Apartments in Chesterfield for $20 million from locally-based Village Apartments, LLC.

Ken Aston of Hendricks & Partners' St. Louis office represented both the buyer and the seller in the deal.

The 252-unit apartment community is situated on 22.34 acres at 14441 Village Green Parkway, across from the 310,000 square foot Town & Country Crossing shopping center. Built in 1972, it contains 15, three-story garden buildings with a unit mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
