NAI to market 13-building portfolio in Boston

NAI Hunneman Commercial is marketing a 13-building portfolio of office and residential properties in Boston, Mass., on behalf of the seller, Boston Realty Works Inc.

NAI's David Ross, Gina Barroso, Carl Christie, Dan McGee, Amy Szeto and Robert Tito have been tapped to sell the portfolio, which is being offered without an asking price. The offering includes 130 residential units and 126,000 square feet.

The portfolio includes the following:
- 173 Newbury St.
- 314 Newbury St.
- 116 Marlborough St.
- 384 Commonwealth Ave.
- 583 Beacon St.
- 96 St. Botolph St.
- 80 The Fenway
- 211 Park Drive
- 12 Arundel St.
- 15 St. Germain St.
- 28 Montgomery St.
- 51 Phillips St.

Size: 130 units/126,000 square feet
