2/6/2008Colliers International negotiates $10M sale/leaseback

Colliers International has completed a $10 million sale/leaseback transaction with
Ryko Products for the company's headquarters in Fontana.

Clyde Stauff,
Steve Calhoun and
Michael McCrary represented the buyer, a private investor, in the transaction.
The building is located at 12903 Jurupa Ave. and contains 139,630 square feet. It currently serves as a manufacturing and distribution hub for Ryko, a custom profile plastic extruder.
Stauff is a broker with Colliers and has been with the firm since 1973. He is a former credit card analyst with Bank of America and completed the largest cooperative transaction with Colliers in 2002. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Calhoun is a senior VP with Colliers and is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association. He graduated with his B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1977.
McCrary, also a senior VP with Colliers, specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties. He began his career with Colliers in 1990 and earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Menlo College.
