Hendricks & Partners sells Sacramento-area apartments for $10.25M

Granite Creek Apartments

Richmond, Calif.-based Granite Creek Apartments, Inc. has sold the Granite Creek Apartments in Rocklin, Calif., for $10.25 million to SRP Terrace, LLC.

Steven Nelson, Al Inouye and Jackie L. Van Steyn of the Sacramento office of Hendricks & Partners represented the buyer in the deal.

The apartment complex contains 80 units and is located at 1501 Cobble Creek Circle in Rocklin, about 22 miles northeast of Sacramento. According to the U.S. Census, Rocklin had a population of 36,330 in 2000.
