3/11/2008Economos Group to sell two So. Calif. office/flex buildings for $15.7M

NAI Capital's Economos Group has listed two mixed-use buildings for sale in Anaheim Hills and Palm Springs, Calif., with an asking price of $15.7 million. In Anaheim Hills, the firm has been hired to market 5109 E. L Palma Ave. with an asking price of $8.95 million. The 35,979 square foot office/flex building is being offered with a 6.6 percent capitalization rate and is currently 100 percent occupied. In Palm Springs, the Economos Group is selling 500 S. Palm Canyon Drive, a 26,700 square foot office/retail building for $6.75 million. It is located in downtown Palm Springs' commerce hub and is being offered 97 percent occupied with a 6.54 percent capitalizaton rate. The brokers handling the sale of these properties are Steve Economos, George Economos, Geoffrey DeWolf and Matthew Moore.
