Carson Real Estate hires senior counsel, promotes senior manager

The Minnetonka, Minn., office of Carson Real Estate has hired Debra Altschuler as senior counsel and promoted Kristin Myhre to senior manager and Kim Hofstede to the NAIOP National Young Professionals I Forum.

Altschuler is a former associate with the law firm of Day, Berry, & Howard, in Stamford, Conn., and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York City. She is also a former faculty member at The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Myhre has been with Carson since 2003 and, as a real estate manager, has specialized in property management, construction, property sales and acquisitions.

Hofstede was appointed to the NAIOP Young Professionals for a three-year term. The forum promotes the careers of developing leaders in commercial real estate under the age of 35.
