NAI orchestrates sale of San Diego office property

Western Investment Network, LLC has sold the former headquarters of San Diego Law Firm in the San Diego suburb of Lemon Grove, Calif., to RM-USE, LLC.

Western Investment was represented in the deal by Kipp Gstettenbauer and Kyle Clark of Burnham Real Estate while RM-USE was represented by Jason Smithson and Scott Collins of NAI San Diego.

The building is located at 3434 Grove St. and was the former home of San Diego Law Firm. The building contains 5,160 square feet and is now fully occupied by Fred Finch Youth Centers until 2018.

Smithson is an associate with NAI and focuses on industrial properties in North County. He joined the firm in August 2004 and is a former employee of ESRI, a global geographic information systems provider. He is a graduate of Monterey Institute of International Studies and University of Pacific.

Collins, also an associate with NAI, specializes in the sale, purchase and leasing of industrial and office property in San Diego. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware, where he lettered in football for three years.
