5/5/2008Mayfield Gentry pays $59M for North Carolina office park

Detroit, Mich.-based Mayfield Gentry Realty Advisors, LLC has purchased the Crossroads Corporate Park in Cary, N.C., for $59 million from Charlotte-based Faison & Associates, LLC. Paul Collins, Bill Collins, Drew Flood, Jud Ryan and James Cassidy of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers and Jimmy Barnes of NAI Carolantic Realty represented the seller in the deal. The acquisition includes four Class A office buildings and four development parcels totaling 16.63 acres. The buildings contain 390,542 square feet and are located at 3605 Glenwood Ave. The office park has an occupancy rate of 97 percent. An affiliate of Colliers International, Cassidy Pinkard offers commercial real estate services primarily in the Washington D.C. area. Address: 3605 Glenwood Ave., Cary, N.C.
