NAI brokers sale of Washington industrial facility

Los Angeles, Calif.-based Covewood Manor, LLC has purchased a 62,438 square foot industrial building in Everett, Wash., for $8.85 million from Sound Venture Nine, LLC.

The seller was represented by Richard Peterson of NAI Puget Sound Properties while Barry Rothstein of NAI Capital handled the negotiations for Covewood Manor.

The building is located at 830-834 80th St. and sits on 190,593 square feet of land. Built in 2007, it was fully occupied at the time of sale by triple-net tenants including Diabold and Tyco.
