5/15/2008CBRE orchestrates sale of New Jersey industrial property
by Weidner Family Partnership has sold an 18,000 square foot industrial building in Fair Lawn, N.J., for an undisclosed price to a Chinese firm. The buyer was represented by Dorothy Chuang while the seller was represented by Mark Tannen, both of CB Richard Ellis. The building is located at 4-01 Banta Place and was on the sales block for three months. It will be delivered vacant and will be used by the Chinese firms for its daily operations. Chuang is a vice president with CBRE and has been with the firm since 1999. She currently heads the firm's Greater China Desk in the New York Tri-State metropolitan area. She is a former employee of SBWE, Inc. and is fluent in English, Mandarin, Shanghai and Cantonese. Tannen, a first vice president with CBRE, is a member of the Industrial Services Group in Saddle Brook.
