Non-profit headquarters brings $1M

Minneapolis, Minn.-based Mosaic Properties, LLC has purchased an office building in downtown Minneapolis for $1 million from locally-based Resource Center of the Americas.

The two-story property is the former home of the non-profit Resource Center of the Americas and is located at 3012-3028 27th Ave. South. It contains 6,803 square feet and features a two-story mosaic entitled "Mosaic of the Americas."

Resource Center of the Americas is an organization that promotes human rights and democratic participation primarily in Latin America.
