CB Richard Ellis is offering for sale a single-story industrial building in the Minneapolis suburb of Blaine, Minn., for $1.4 million.
Brian Pankratz,
Matthew Oelschlager and
John Ryden of CBRE's Bloomington office are representing the seller in the offering.
The building contains 5,600 square feet on a 202,554 square foot lot. Built in 1980, the property is located at 1801 Radisson Rd. NE and is being offered for $250 per square foot.
Pankratz is an associate with CBRE and specializes in land sales, site selection, redevelopment and large acreage assemblage. He is a former employee of Colliers International's Las Vegas office.
Oelschlager is a vice president that specializes in industrial sales and leasing in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area. He is a former member of the information management team with CBRE's Minneapolis office.
Ryden, a senior vice president with CBRE, has been with the firm for 22 years. He specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the Twin Cities area.
