Hendricks & Partners sells Houston multi-family

Northline Apartments

Chicago, Ill.-based Bob-Dan of Texas, Inc., has purchased the Northline Apartments in Houston, Texas, for an undisclosed amount from locally based Copia, LP.

The seller was represented in the transaction by Jeff Eisenhardt and Kevin McCarthy of Hendricks & Partners' Houston office.

The apartment complex is located at 7410 and 7406 Fulton St. and contains 34 units. The buyer plans to demolish the property in order to develop a new PLS Check Cashers store.
