The building is located at 1709 Apollo Court and sits on a 196,455 square foot lot. The buyer has leased the entire building to Torrance-based Amonix, a solar power technology company. The tenant plans to use the property to manufacture large solar cells.

Schumacher is a senior vice president with CBRE's South Bay Los Angeles office and specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties. He has been working in the South Bay industrial market since 1990 and was promoted to senior VP in 2000.
