CBRE/Boulos sells Maine office property

Atlantic National Holdings has purchased the former Portland Public Market building in Portland, Maine, from Canal Congress, LLC.

The seller was represented by Gregory W. Boulos of CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Company. Frank O'Connor of NAI/The Dunham Group represented the buyer.

The building is located at 25 Preble St. and contains 32,000 square feet. It was constructed on 1998 and sits on approximately one acre. Canal Congress purchased the building prior to its completion in 1996.
