Linear Retail acquires two Massachusetts retail properties


Burlington, Mass.-based Linear Retail Properties, LLC has agreed to purchase two retail buildings in Massachusetts for $12.6 million.

Kevin Shaughnessy of Collaborative Retail Strategies, LLC brokered the deal for Linear Retail.

In Stoughton, the firm purchased a 26,101 square foot multi-tenant retail building for $9.37 million. It is located within the Walgreens Plaza at 413 Washington St. and is occupied by four tenants: Walgreens, Starbucks, Hertz and Chuck and Cheese Pizza.

In Dedham, Linear Retail acquired a single story, 5,340 square foot retail building currently leased to LensCrafters. It is located at 870 Providence Highway and was purchased for $3.25 million. The two properties will be managed by KeyPoint Partners, LLC.
