Masco Corporation sells Ohio industrial facility for $4.65M

Loudonville Realty, LLC has acquired a 447,774 square foot industrial building in Loudonville for $4.65 million from Masco Corporation.

Terry Coyne of Grubb Ellis' Cleveland office represented Masco in the deal.

The building is located at One Merillat Court and sits on more than 44 acres. Built in 1990, it features 20 docks, seven drive-in doors and contains 10,460 square feet of office space.

Coyne is a senior vice president with Grubb & Ellis and leads the firms largest industrial properties department in Cleveland. He specializes in industrial properties and global logistics and is a graduate of Oxford University, the University of Notre Dame and the University of Chicago.
