Heslin Becker takes 30,000 sf retail building in Stanton


Seal Beach, Calif.-based Heslin Becker Properties, LLC has acquired a 30,000 square foot former Albertsons building in Stanton for an undisclosed price.

The building is located near the 405 and 22 freeways at 7050 Katella Ave. It is the anchor building in its strip center and is the second Albertsons property the company has purchased.

Heslin Becker plans to invest $6 million in renovations to the property and has leased it on a long-term lease to Smart & Final.
