H.J. leases 15,000 sf in Minnesota retail center

Park Place Promenade

Wayzata, Minn.-based H.J. Development has added The Learning Experience Child Development Center as a new tenant in the Park Place Promenade in Brooklyn Park.

The Learning Experience is a childcare center operator that will occupy a 15,000 square foot building with a 5,000 square foot play area.

Park Place Promenade is located at the intersection of Highway 610 and Zane Avenue. H.J. Development will own and manage 74,514 square feet within the retail center, including the new TLE location.
