North Carolina shopping center brings $24M

Raleigh, N.C.-based Rivercrest Realty Investors has purchased the Hanes Commons Shopping Center in Winston-Salem for $24.3 million from Hanes Commons, LLC.

The shopping center is located at 1033 Hanes Mall Blvd. and contains 152,355 square feet. Built in 2001, it is currently occupied by tenants such as America's Mattress, Jason's Deli, Payless Shoes and Vandy Jewelers.

Rivercrest is a family owned and operated commercial real estate firm that specializes in the acquisition, ownership and management of multi-family, retail and office properties throughout the eastern United States.
