Colliers negotiates sale of Florida office building

by
Cortland Realty Partners LLC purchased a 17,712 square foot office building in St. Petersburg, Fla., from Foresight Technologies for $3.25 million, or $183.49 per square foot.

Camille Renshaw of Colliers International orchestrated the deal on behalf of the seller. The buyer was represented by Natalie Feldman of Eisner, Feldman & Grant.
