Buddy's All Stars buys $3 million building in Burbank

Buddy's All Stars has acquired a 16,350 square foot industrial building in Burbank, Calif., for $3 million from The Karalis Family Trust.

The building is located at 3216 West Valhalla Drive.

Mike LaRocque and Brendan Dell of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer in the transaction. Dale Pederson represented seller.

Buddy's All Stars is a sports uniform screening and embroidery company. The new building is two miles from Buddy's previous location.
