Orlando office building sells for $12 million

Frances Hyland of Hyland Realty Inc. facilitated the sale of the 63,000-square-foot Orlando, Fla., Belle Terre office building along with CNL Commercial Real Estate for $12 million. The buyer's name was not released.

A shell building constructed by Belle Terre Development and completed in May 2007, Belle Terre has steel-based construction and a white, crushed coral exterior with blue seamless glass. Marble is used extensively throughout the building and glass elevators show off the three-story atrium's 54-foot wall of flowing water. Over $1 million in landscaping and ponds, fountains and waterfalls are showcased throughout the building and surrounding lands.

Belle Terre is located near the upscale Mall at Millenia and by Interstate 4 and the Florida Turnpike.
