Hendricks & Partners sells Austin, Texas, apartment community

Cooper's Hill Apartments

Ellen Muskin and George Deuillet III of Hendricks & Partners represented the seller in the sale of a 255-unit apartment community in Austin, Texas.

Coopers Hill Apartment Associates of Austin sold the property, set on about 8.78 acres, to Coopers Hill Apartments, LLC.

The property, known as Cooper's Hill Apartments, is located at 739 W. William Cannon Dr. in Austin.

Amenities at the property include a swimming pool and hot tub, a clubhouse and barbecue pits.
