Located at 4129 and 4130 Waring Road, the 35-unit apartment community sold for $4,199,300. Steve Huffman of Hendricks & Partners' San Diego office negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller, Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc., co-trustees of the Brian Marcus and Suzanne Marcus Family Trust and co-trustees of the Werbeloff Family Trust. The buyer was Tenth Street Properties of Pasadena, Calif. Tri-City Apartments consists of one and two-bedroom apartments from 850-1,000 square feet.
