Tanamera Development sells Reno office building

In a deal completed by Marcus & Millichap, Tanamera Development, LLC, has sold a single-tenant office building in Reno, Nev.

Nicholas Scelsa and Kenneth Blomsterberg of Marcus & Millichap's Sacramento, Calif., office represented Tanamera while Kirk Trammel, Will Stuart and Dan Goldenberg handled the deal for the buyer.

The building is located in the Reno Tahoe Tech Center at 10375 Professional Circle. It sits on 5.04 acres and was built in 2008. The building contains 79,533 square feet and is currently occupied by a true-credit tenant with a 10-year lease.

Earlier this month, Blomsterberg represented a Reno-based buyer in the $23 million sale of Bristle Pointe, a 224-unit apartment building.
