Suburban Portland apartments sell for $4.65M

Westbrook Apartments

Medford, Ore.-based 2001 Family Trust has purchased the Westbrook Apartments in the Portland suburb of Beaverton for $4.65 million from locally-based SKL Properties, LLC.

Grayson Pounder, an investment specialist in the Portland office of Hendricks & Partners, brokered the deal on behalf of both parties.

The Westbrook Apartments are located at 17135 S.W. Heritage Court in Beaverton, a town about eight miles southwest of Portland. It contains 48 units. Earlier this year, Hendricks & Partners brokered the $24.2 million sale of the San Remo apartments, also in Beaverton.
