JV to sell Pittsburgh luxury apartments

A joint venture between Continental Real Estate and Nationwide Realty Investors is selling The Waterfront Apartments in Pittsburgh, Pa.

Nick Matt, Claudia Steeb and Oliver Shoemaker of the Pittsburgh office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler is representing the joint venture.

The complex is situated on a 10.7-acre site at 611 E. Waterfront Dr. along the Monongahela River. Built in 2001, it contains 235 units and was 97 percent occupied at the time of sale. It is being offered without an asking price.
