Hendricks & Partners completes two multi-family deals worth $20.62M

Hendricks & Partners has completed the sale of two multi-family properties in Vista, Calif., for a total sales price of $20.62 million.

In the first transaction, Encinitas-based Bougainvillea Apartment Homes, LP, paid $10.51 million for the Bougainvillea, an 82-unit apartment complex located at 1466 Bonair Road. Built in 1977, it was sold by Beverly Hills-based KW / WDC Vista, LLC.

The second transaction saw Las Terrazas Apartment Homes, LP, pay $9.74 million to KW/WDC Vista, LLC, for the Las Terrazas Apartments in Vista. Built in 1978, the multi-family property is also an 82-unit complex located at 1440 Oak Dr.

Both deals were negotiated by Hendricks & Partners' Steve Huffman.
