Atlanta Land Group completes $30M in Georgia land sales

Atlanta Land Group has completed two transactions, totaling more than $30 million for 167 acres in Georgia.

In Gwinnett County, Mike Calahan and Robert Armstrong represented Bill Heard Enterprises in the $15.3 million sale of 30.6 acres. The lot sold for $500,000 per acre and the buyer plans to establish metro Atlanta's fourth BrandsMart USA.

In Commerce, Armstrong, Calahan, David Chalmers and Michaela McKenzie represented a private investment group in the purchase of 137 acres for $14.8 million from Joe Craven. The property is located at the US Highway 441/I-85 interchange. The deal represents the year's largest land deal in the I-85 corridor.
