Texas A&M medical office building on the sales block

Marcus & Millichap will be marketing for sale The Physician's Centre, a four-story medical office building near the campus of Texas A&M University in Bryan, Texas.

Ross Cannizaro, an associate VP with the firm's Houston office, is representing the seller, a privately-held Houston company.

The building is located at 3201 University Dr. E. and contains 114,583 square feet. Built in 2001, it sits on 1.03 acres and is connected to Physician's Centre Hospital.
