Koll/PER acquires Houston flex properties


Koll/PER, a subsidiary of Newport Beach, Calif.-based The Koll Co. and the Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho, has purchased four flex buildings in Houston, Texas from Granite Properties, Inc.

The seller was represented in the deal by Tom Lynch of CB Richard Ellis while Koll/PER was self-represented.

The four buildings total 205,898 square feet and sit on a 21.74-acre lot. They are located adjacent to the Sam Houston Tollway between Interstate 10 and Highway 290.

Built between 2005 and 2007, the buildings are currently 92 percent leased to tenants including Amerisciences, BP Microsystems, Cintas, Morrison Homes, Patterson Dental and Ryland Homes.
