Woodforest Shopping Center on the market

The Woodforest Shopping Center, a 204,660-square-foot retail center in Houston, Texas, has been placed on the market without an asking price.

Jerry Goldstein of Marcus & Millichap's National Retail Group in Houston in representing the seller, a Michigan-based investment firm, in the offering.

Woodforest is located at the corner of Interstate 10 East and John Ralston Road at 11075 E. Freeway. Situated on 15.79 acres, it was renovated in 2007 and is anchored by a Kroger Grocery Store. Other tenants include Metro Fashion, Rent-A-Center, Family Dollar, Rainbow, Enterprise Leasing and Subway.
