Bascom acquires Salt Lake City apartments

San Francisco, Calif.-based Bascom Northwest Ventures, LLC, has purchased the Spring Meadows apartments in Salt Lake City, Utah for an undisclosed price from Sunrise 101, LLC.

The deal was brokered by Kent Nelson, James Wadsworth and Greg Barratt of Hendricks & Partners on behalf of both parties.

The complex is located at 4118 S. 500 E. and contains 247 units. Built in 1974, it is comprised of one- and two-bedroom apartments.
