Transwestern adds Hannum as multi-family specialist

Transwestern has hired Jack Hannum as a vice president in the firm's Investment Services Group in Phoenix, Ariz.

In his new position, Hannum will work with VP Bobby Bill and Associate Matt Lockin to focus on the disposition of larger multi-family properties for private and institutional clients.

Hannum is a former senior VP and financial analyst with CB Richard Ellis. He also worked with L.J. Melody Co. and served as a member of the U.S. Navy on the U.S.S. Princeton. He earned his bachelor's degree from California State University at Northridge.
