Petrus Partners acquires 67 lots in Maricopa County

Petrus Partners, Ltd., in association with Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Voyager Investment Properties, has purchased 67 finished residential lots in the Estrella master-planned community in Goodyear for $2.27 million from Phoenix-based Arizona Business Bank.

The deal was brokered by Patrick Burch of Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial.

Each of the 67 lots contain 7,200 square feet for an aggregate square footage of 482,400. They are located at the intersection of Calistoga Drive and Galveston Drive and were previously owned by INCA Capital in a land banking arrangement for Scottsdale-based Rosewood Homes.
