Vista Medical Plaza fetches $16.6M

Vista Medical Plaza

V.M.P., LLC has sold the Vista Medical Plaza in Vista, Calif., for $16.6 million to Viper, LLC.

Lee & Associates' Larry Strickland and Rusty Williams represented both parties in the deal and will be retained as the leasing team for the property.

The building is located at 2067 W. Vista Way and contains 45,717 square feet. It is currently 100 percent occupied. Viper, LLC, assumed a $6.3 million loan from Capmark Financial and plans to hold the property as a long term investment.
