RREEF inks deal for Perimeter Square in Atlanta

RREEF has purchased the Perimeter Square office property in Atlanta, Ga., from ING Clarion.

The deal was brokered by Hayes Swann and Matt Tritschler of DTZ Rockwood on behalf of RREEF, which purchased the building on behalf of an institutional clients.

Perimeter Square is located on Perimeter West Boulevard and contains 186,058 square feet. Built in 1994, it includes 934 parking spaces and is fully-leased to tenants including Bed Bath & Beyond, T.J. Maxx, Haverty's, PetSmart and Total Wine.
