NAI Hanson to market New Jersey development site

Hackensack, N.J.-based NAI James E. Hanson has been hired to market and sell a 3.2-acre tract of land in Rochelle Park with an asking price of $3.4 million.

NAI's Kenneth Lundberg and Dominic Fittizzi are representing the seller, Northern Park, LLC, in the offering.

The land is located at 102 Terrace Ave. and will be delivered with approvals to construct 57 units. It is situated between Terrace Avenue and Forest Place and can be marketed as rental units or for sale as condominiums.

"The land at 102 Terrace Avenue is a perfect spot in Rochelle Park for an active adult community," Lundberg said. "Situated at the end of a dead end street overlooking Saddle River County Park, the proposed community will appeal to those with an active lifestyle looking to reside in a suburban area convenient to shopping, dining and some of the area's best golf courses."
