Buyer to demolish, rebuild San Diego apartments

The National Community Renaissance of California has purchased the Buena Vista apartment community but plans to demolish the existing structures and build an affordable housing development.

Hendricks & Partners represented both the Rancho Cucamonga-based buyer and the seller, Autumn Meadows Associations of Los Angeles.

Financing for the sale was provided by the city of San Diego. The property is located at 405 Autumn Drive in San Marcos.
