Tony Smaniotto, a 23-year commercial real estate veteran, has left
CB Richard Ellis to join the Chicago office of
Studley.
Smaniotto is a former city planner and economic development official in suburban Chicago and was awarded the NAIOP Downtown Investment Transaction of the Year in 2005 and 2006. He earned his B.A. in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois and his M.B.A. in Finance/Real Estate from DePaul University.
"I am thrilled to be part of Studley," Smaniotto said. "The company's proven platform and unique track record for negotiating the most complex transactions will allow me to serve my clients in Chicago and around the globe."
