Three L.A.-area industrial buildings sold

Voit Commercial Brokerage has closed three transactions totaling $14.7 million in La Mirada, Calif. All three transactions involve properties near Interstate 5 in La Mirada.

George Yao has acquired a 59,000-square-foot building on two acres of land for $5.5 million. The property is located at 15905 Canary. Voit represented the seller, RGB Partners. DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented Yao.

The following two transactions involve leases:
Faro Services has signed a five-year lease on a 210,300-square-foot industrial building for $5.9 million. The property is located at 15910 Valley View Ave. The lessor, Warehouse Investment Partners, represented itself.

In a second lease transaction, Champion Exposition Services signed a five-year lease on a 76,244-square-foot industrial building at 14701 Industry Circle for $3.3 million.

Grubb & Ellis represented the lessor, Berns & Sanderson, LP.
