Two execs join RiverRock Real Estate Group

RiverRock Real Estate Group is increasing its Value Maximization Unit with the addition of Camilo Fabros and William Gloege.

Fabros has been named managing director and will help complete forensic property diagnostics and opinion of values for clients. He previously was a vice president with Colliers International, where he was a member of its Private Client Advisors Investment Group and National Apartment Advisors Group.

Gloege, a 10-year industry veteran, has been named a director and will be responsible for evaluating and improving the leasing, operating and management of the property with the end result being a stabilized asset that meets market rates and image with maximized value. He previously worked at Colliers International, where he specialized in office properties, from landlord representation to tenant/buyer representation, investment sales and finance.

Fabros received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UCLA. Gloege received a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Aviation from San Jose State University.
