NAI Hanson facilitates purchase of New Jersey office building

R.N. Foster Associates, LLC has purchased a 16,000-square-foot office building in Elmwood Park, N.J. from Interstate Realty for an undisclosed price.

W. Joshua Levering, Robert Borny and Gregory D. Reid of NAI James E. Hanson represented the buyer. Scott Deutchman, VP at SBWE, represented the seller.

Located at 20 Bushes Lane, the property offers a free-standing single story building that includes 30-plus parking spaces, 2 loading docks and 18' clear high ceilings. It has immediate access to both route 46 and route 80.
